Tuner = Perfect. <3

Synchro = Great in combo w/ tuner. It'll take a few turns to set up but it's worth it. Im not sure if it's OP but it might be (i dont think so though).

Second effect is a bit too strong, on paper when it is used within a psychic deck you would be able to synchro another monster every other turn or so in theory while this card remains on the field. Perhaps knock it down to once per turn, because even with the life point cost it only takes this, brio, and goyo to end a game instantly and it wouldnt be too hard to do such.


Besides that the tuner is very well done and you did a great job with tuner
