Cards do not conduct battle phases. Players do.

I never said battle phases, I said only battle. If this card is attacked or attacks, then it conduct a battle and you cannot activate its effect.

OCG fix:
You can Special Summon this card from your hand during your opponent’s Standby Phase by discarding 1 card. If this card does not battle during your opponent's turn, you can destroy 1 card on the field during their End Phase.

Seems a bit powerful. A wise way to tone it down was if it could only activate it's effect if it's the only attack position monster you control. Or you could only Summon it if you have no other monsters (The Special Summon.) That would do it.

Also, make a boss Zombie for ff (new one, not old one)

You could always have Mirror Force, or some other trap. You won't always have a stronger monster. You might also use Swords of Revealing Light, stopping them from battle and now you can destroy a card every turn as you prepare for taking the game.

With the right cards, it's powerful. You either get no gain if you don't use it wisely, or you get much advantage with it.

I like its originality and the effect is really cool and very advantageous when used correctly but could also be hindering when not, i think a better name for it would be "Carpet Knight"
