Picture isn't quite what i wanted it to be. Props to whoever I got this off of. If i can obtain a pic of a more futuristic dragon or something similar to the "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" i'll use that instead

Good card for a newb. put more creativity into it though. Overpowered though cuz no matter what your getting blue eyes.

I appreciate the input guys. Figured I'd get negative feedback. You guys are kinda right that a spin-off of something like the Blue-Eyes isn't the best. But hey, I like the classics

The "Neo" i was trying to aim for was meant to mean "New" like in the 5Ds anime. Jap=Neo Domino City Eng=New Domino City

due i always thought blue eyes was cool. i think a spinoff of it woould be great. But i hate all the new red eyes black dragon spinoffs. first skull, metal, darkness and now even zombie

To the card. The errors have been pointed out and pretty much everything has been said. Overpowered and not very creative. But it could be useful since it can Summon from the Deck and the fact that it has 3000 ATK makes it too strong. Pic is meh, but I know how hard it can be to find good ones. If you ever have trouble finding a good pic, you can always drop me a PM.
