LADD doesn't get it's effect, so it doesn't constantly negate. However, The Special Summon effect would go off if it was destroyed, and you could activate it's effect for a free negate with Elca.

Considering an edit. Should the card be a tuner?

Personally, I think the card has too much potential to be a tuner, to be meant as Tributing Material for some Synchro that doesn't compare. Plus, this card keeps falling more and more into the OP category, especially if you can use it as a base for a Synchro. The effect is a little too powerful for my personal tastes anyway, but that's a matter of opinion.

And I think the Field card thing is not very good either, since it shoves out the already existing Field card (to my best understanding) and negates all the effects that a Field card should actually be doing.

The effect is original very powerful when used right, but personally I think it needs more thought before it can be used in actual duels.

A little harsh maybe, but if I can't allow myself to put it in my deck, it is not getting more than a 7/10.

Fair enough on the Tuner front, and as for balance, I'm not too sure what to change, if anyone has any balancing suggestions, feel free.

I'm very imrpessed!!! Alow me to just help you on a couple of issues:

OCG: When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, select one LIGHT Effect Monster in yourGraveyard and place it in your Field Card Zone )the monster is treated as Field Spell Card.) This card's ATK becomes equal to that of the selected card's Level Stars x 300. As long as the selected card remains in your Field Card Zone, you may activate its effect once per turn by discarding 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, the selected monster also returns to the Graveyard.

I added the last bit in, to make it more ballanced, Imagine having something like the creator!!!!!

OP'd???: In terms of the card being OP'd I believe that on the whole its very balanced appart from a few issues
-I think you should have to discard one card to be able to activate the monster's (in the field card zone) effect
-I also think that when the monster leaves the field the field card monster should also leave
-Finally there is a slight issue with the Level of the card, is it fair to have it as 1 Star??? I am litterally clueless, but someone close to me pointed out the slight element of overpoweredness if you selected "the creator" It would have 2400 attack. Alas I am not sure as to wether it should be 1 star or 5 that's up to you.

Card: Very creative and one of the best that I have seen in a while
