OCG where felt needed. I have this weird feeling I made an OP card. But when one thinks about it, on average, how many monsters does one see on the field in the middle of a duel?

Once per turn, at the cost of 1500 Life Points, you can Special Summon 1 monster [s]Card[/s] from either player's Graveyard with a level equal to or less than the number of monster [s]Cards[/s] on the field.

Meh. not so great. Learn the OCG

I actually did mean Monster Cards at the end there, seeing as how tokens (though they did make "cards" for some) aren't technically monster cards.

You had changed Monster Cards to monsters on the last part, "...with a level equal to or less than the number of Monster Cards on the Field". That was intended to state Cards. For example you have 2 "Luster Dragon"s and i have a "Junk Warrior" and a Token, it may be 4 MONSTERS, but it's only 3 Monster CARDS
