Don't say, add Monarchs, or any banned cards, because I won't. ^_^ This Deck is on World Championship 2008, so it doesn't have some staples because I didn't unlock them. ^_^

I don't understand the use of Bubbleman in this deck.

 

I believe that Bubbleman is only useful in Bubbleman-Burn deck and E-Hero deck
