Here is a card i thought of making when i looked at Zextra's Parasite Set! Here it is! Constructive and Useful feedback is appreciated. Rate Please! <3

If this card is flipped face-up in battle, it is not destroyed. At the end of the Damage Step, equip this card to the monster that flipped this card. A monster equipped with this card loses 200 ATK and gains 100 DEF for each card in your Graveyard. A monster equipped with this card gains 100 ATK and loses 200 DEF for each card in your opponents Graveyard. If you would take battle damage, you can Tribute this card while equipped with a monster to have your opponent take double the battle damage you would have taken (you take 0 damage). If this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 1000 life points to Special Summon it in face-down defense position.

It's virtually a Normal Monster. My reasoning?
You cant negate the attack if this card already battles.

You set this card and your opponent attacks it, this card is flipped face up but the battle is already commenced therefore you cannot negate therefore the other effects cannot activate.

The same said for the Battle Damage part. If you take Battle Damage that means the battle is already over and your in the Damage Step meaning you cant negate whats already happened. Like Activating Negate attack in the End Phase.

so if i said "If this face-down card is selected as an attack target..." would that work? also, how do say "i negate the damage, but my opponent takes double what i would have taken"?

second hmm...more like " If you would take battle damage, you can Tribute this card while it is equipped to a monster to have your opponent take that damage instead." Or something like that i cant remember how to word that exactly.

For the first you should just say
"When this card is flipped face-up by battle, it is not destroyed. When during the turn this card is flipped face-up by battle, equip this card to the attacking monster."

Uh... OP'd.

Step 1. Be attacked. Equip this card to it.

Step 2. Another monster attacks. You tribute it. Your opponent takes the damage.

Step 3. Reset it. Cycle repeats.

The only balancing is the 1000 LP cost but that could be easily countered.

My suggestion: Add 'You can only use this effect once per turn, during either player's turn.' I think that would do, eh?
