New TCG rules/terms

Prlyz counter- If your attacking with a monster that has a Prlyz counter on it you must flip a coin, if tails, the attack is negated.
Lvl UP counter- Essentially used to increase ATK and DEF or special summon monsters, other effects posted on card.
Possibly more to come...

Pokemon has been done adleast 100 times here but truthfully I think the idea of the counters are somewhat original and the effects seem to be focusing on the counters making the set a bit boring....the images aren't that well either get new images suggestion is photobucket and google...If the effects become more about the cards in the set rather than the counters then it wouldn't seem so boring....and you better get good images for charmander's evo or ima fire mah lazer ;D set= 7/10

Thanks for the input, i tried to focus on the counters level up effects to merge yugioh tcg with the pokemon games, like needing Lvl UP counters to evolve and get stronger, as for the pics, i was trying to get them from pokemon cards and just put them into paint to make the picture the whole thing i guess it didnt work out as planned

The counters are interesting, but I'd suggest you just have them gain ATK/DEF for each counter on them. It stops the endless increase of ATK power possible at present, and makes the values easier to track. Also, use 'this monster' or 'this card', rather than the monster's name, since that usually means any monster with that name. At present if any Ivysaur or Venusaur destroys a monster, all of the same monster on the field would get a counter, or you can use the effect of one Bulbasaur to tribute another.

Also, push Ivysaur and Venusaur up one level each, so that they each need an extra tribute. This way people are more likely to use Bulbasaur and evolve up. As is there's no point in summoning Bulbasaur when I can just bring Ivysaur straight out.

I suggest you look at real cards, in particular level monster series, in order to understand how the levels interact, and also the grammar used on the cards.
