Neither player is required to Syncro Summon monsters by offering materials equal to the level of the selected Syncro Monster. The required material monsters still must be used. If a player Syncro Summons using this method, that player must pay 500 Life Points times difference in level of the Syncro Monster and the combined level of the material monsters used.

Similar conditions to a monster card i made and recently modified.

WAY UNDERPOWERED!
1. you could only summon level 5 or 6 monsters because of the effect.
2. its nice that you TRIED to balance it but subtracting 500 life points times the synchro monster AND the material monsters completely drains your lifepoints!!!!!!!

my suggestion is change the effect to "pay 200 life points times the ammount of the level of the synchro monster"

0.5/10

actually, you could summon anything. Not being sure how to phrase it on the card, an example is that is you wanna summon a lvl 8 syncro, but only have a total lvl of 6, you can summon it at the cost of 1000 points. or you can turn it around too, if you have say a lvl 6 syncro, but your tuner and non-tuners add up to 10, the difference is 4 lvls and thus a cost of 2000 life points. Assuming you cant go below level 1 and you cant go above 12, the most you'll ever have to pay is 5500 life points
