BDKMRV
Too much of a requirement. But it is a reason why MST was put at 2. Twister Bait MST Bait My Body as a Shield Bait Anything that's a quick play spell Bait Not that good IMO.

TechnoDoomedOne
Notable targets: MST, My Body as a Shield, Shrink, Book of Moon, E-Con, Twister. A card that can stop 6 notable cards, which most of them are not played normally.

It just lets you do an extra thing =\. Which would usually be used if somebody plans to attack you after activating one of the Quick-Plays you all mentioned. Possible Side Deck? Maybe... Really depends on if some fail decides to stupidly fill his or her deck with a crapload of random Quick-Plays.
BDKMRV
At most, it can be a questionable card for a side deck. EX. You have a face down Anti-Magic Prisim and you attack your opponent's face up weak-monster. They use book of moon or e-con to save their life points but you chain with Anti-Magic Prisim and pop their monster, backrow, etc.
TechnoDoomedOne
MST and Book do see play, but the others don't. (Where I live My Body As a Shield rarely sees play at all, except in side-deck.)

evilfusion
Is rather nice when someone uses Book of Moon or MST, but I dont see this warranting much use, even with MST at 2 and Book at 3. I'd probably be better off running something less conditional and actual chainable forms of removal, like Compulsory, or Dust Tornado, or something. Lose the ability to select any card, but gains more useability.

BulletMan
Should've been a Quick-Play itself and negate the other Quick-Play.
