Ok, I like the picture, I liked the second part of the effect. However, after each card is removed from play from your deck you have to shuffle etc. This would waste so much time. If you said, remove the card at the bottom of your deck from play, or the top of your deck, this would improve it. IMO, the bottom of the deck would be the best way to go as usually duels are over before that point is reached. If it was a card you could special summon from your deck... well... tough luck.

 

The name, is dreadful. "Hey, four year old, make a name for a really old worm and give it a little twist" .... "How about Superancient wurm!" "AWESOME! I'LL USE THAT!". It's lame.

So, I remove a card from my Deck...where? The first place this would indicate is anywhere and selecting it. That means I can remove one of those special DD guys or what ever gets an effect off being remove. Then I destroy a S/T. Now that you have that card where you want, you can use other cards to get it. Borderline broken as said earlier. The second effect is decent. I would suggest a more explainable cost. Remove from top of Deck, remove from bottome, look through the top of your Deck until you find a Monster, or Spell, or Trap (your choice of stuff) and remove the 1st one then shuffle.

 

Then if would be completely balanced.

 

If you find a new cost for the first effect, 8/10

Maybe negate the effect of the Spell/Trap Card during the turn this card battles instead of RFP the monster? That's OP IMO, and it is already a good 2700 beatstick.

 

And the first is even more powerful. Remove D.D. Scout, destroy all S/T. Now you can attack with your Super blah blah blah Reptile monster without fear. I like the concept, but it's too OP. Maybe add a Special Summon condition, remove the first effect, or edit it heavily, even if this card destroys only 1 S/T with this effect, it can be abusable with cards like Scout.

 

BTW, I like Cascada too. :D

Overall 8/10 i like it and love the pic but i find it a tiny bit OP'd for the last part of the effect, it should be discard a card to negate the activation of, and destroy spell/trap instead of removing the monster from play... almost like a magic/trap jammer inside a monster. Also as for removing a card from deck it should be a specified spot in the deck as to avoid constant shuffling and just so you have to give up a little more to take away from the opponent, as it is you can remove an almost useless card to you. But still i do really like it.

Also this card is to be used in a specific deck. If your using a card you already know a combination or what you want to use it for so you wont be losing any time when using this.

I refuse to toss the first effect. I'll edit it slightly but no way im eliminating it .-. just not gonna happen. the second effect I'll change the cost to....destroying a card you control or something.

 

I'll also add that the effect of the removed monsters are negated >> (happy Kan :3?) Also im not up to making summon conditions to this card .-. i've done to many cards with those and its killing me so im breaking off those for a bit

Also, shuffling every turn is of no consequence. Some decks have you do it every turn from multiple cards, some have you do it not at all. Her card is unbalanced as it is a nightmarishly easy +2. Nothing else. You need to accept the fact that you may be (and probably are) wrong.
