"add 1 Spell Card to your hand." From where ?! "After that card is activated, remove this card from play." Even if it is not in your graveyard ?!
This is a nice card, effect is not realy helpfull all the time since it can only stop special summons and with it on the field your opponent will only summon weak monsters still it can be great if it destroyed a material or a monster with a powerfull effect. Even if its effect did not help its ATK and DEF are enuogh so you may like to lower its DEF or ATK to keep it away from being OP. 7/10.
