This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by having 4 Fairy-Type monsters AND 4 DARK monsters in your Graveyard. When you do, add 1 Fairy-Type monster and 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard to your hand. Your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters. If this face-up card would be removed from play while face-up on your side of the field, it returns to the top of the owner's Deck, instead.

Not the best ever, but I rate fair, so here we go:

Pic: 8/10 It is certainly a pic of Kristya, but inverted and I'm not a huge fan of inverted pics of real cards.

Template: 8/10 Normal Template

OCG: 8/10 A few errors, such as in the last sentence get rid of "while face-up on your side of the field" because it is redundant, AND should be and, and get rid of the comma between Deck and instead.

Originality/Creativity: 5/10 Not very original, not creative, but a good attempt nonetheless

Playability: 6/10 Idk how playable this is, but it would need to be in a deck centered around it, a Chaos Deck of some sort. Maybe a Twilight Blackwing deck (which is prob what you were going for when you made this). In that deck it would be 8/10

Overall: 35/50 or 37/50 Cool A nice, solid attempt overall. I have a few prejudices against this type of card, I'll admit, but I try to keep things fair.
