Contest time!

Using any combination of non-auction sites as your guide (I suggest Troll and Toad), create a deck that costs no more than $100 USD (you can go over by a small amount) while being as competitive as possible.

The following cards are not counted towards the $100 USD:

[*]The first copy of any generic Synchro that was released in ANPR or earlier.
[*]The first copy Chimeratech Fortress Dragon.
[*]All copies of Mystical Space Typhoon, Dark Hole, Monster Reborn, Torrential Tribute and Mirror Force.
[*]The first two copies of Trap Stun or Royal Decree.
[/list]

Of course, all decks must be TCG only. You must also disclose the site(s) used, unless the only site was Troll and Toad. You must list the full Extra Deck.

Prizes:
1st: 3 Reps
2nd: 2 Reps
3rd: 1 Rep

[spoiler=Judging Criteria]
Consistency (/10) - Does the deck run smoothly?
Counterability (/5) - Is the deck really easy to counter?
Price (/10) - Going over $100 makes this 0, being exactly $100 gives you 1. I don't expect anyone to get the full 10 on this, which caps off around $40.
Side Deck Effectiveness (/10) - Does the Side Deck work? If you didn't list one, this is given a 0.
Bonus (/10) - Given for a variety of reasons.

Fraz's entry has 4 copies of Quick Charger.
Crimson Phantom's entry has 39 cards.
Red W Mage needs to specify which Normal Monsters he runs. This can cause a huge difference in both price and effectiveness.
