Critiques Wanted

Alright, if you don't know, I'm in the middle of creating a set. Look around and you'll find it. Anyway, this set is going to have 2 Ace monsters, and I want to know what you think of my first Ace. I'm looking for a [b][u]thorough[/u][/b] critique, not a rating. If you hate it, rip it to shreds. I won't lose any sleep if I'm told to shove it, although I think I'll be disappointed slightly. If you love it, say so and give me some suggested advice. As for rates, save them for the actual set.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Big Bang: The Beginning". This card is unaffected by the effects of your opponent's Spell and Trap cards. This card gains attack equal to the number of cards in your Deck x 200. Once per turn, you can send 2 cards from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard to return 1 card from your Graveyard to your hand. You can pay 1000 Life Points to send all cards in both players' hands and on the field to the Graveyard. Send 1 card from your Deck to your Graveyard during your Standby Phase. If you do not, destroy this card.

This card can only be activated when your Life Points are over 8000 and you control no monsters on the field. Send 5 cards from your Deck to your Graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Alpha, the Beginning" to your side of the field. That monster cannot attack, be declared the target of an attack or be the target or Monster Effects, Spells and Traps until after the End Phase of your next turn.
