Lore:
This card can only be Activated when a Monster with 'Mech V3' in its name is destroyed. Treat this card as a Equip Spell and equip it to the destroyed monster. This cards Type is changed to 'Beast-Warrior'. While this card is equiped, the Equiped Monster cannot Attack or be selected for a attack. During your Opponents Standby Phase, decrease your Life Points by 100.
During the 3rd Standby Phase after activation, destroy this card.

I think the effect means that your equiping it to the monster when its in your graveyard and i dont think its OP because it cant attack and your losing 100 life points each turn

Needs rewording. You made it so that it is equipped to the DESTROYED monster, which would go into the Graveyard, therfore this card would go into the graveyard too because you cant equip something that is taken off the field.

Even if you made it so that it was the attacking monster, it would be totally outclassed by stuff like D.D. Prison, Sakuretsu Armour, and the like

During the 3rd Standby Phase after activation, destroy this card.

The main point I'm trying to make is: You can't equip a monster in the Graveyard with an Equip Card, because it has already left the field. Anyways, not OP'd at all. If anything, it's underpowered.
