When this card is activated, place 1 Phantasmal Counter on 1 face-up card on the field. Each time a monster is destroyed by battle, place 1 Phantasmal Counter on 1 face-up card on the field. A card with a Phantasmal Counter on it cannot activate its effect. When a card with a Phantasmal Counter on it is destroyed, the controller of that card takes 500 damage, OR they can discard 1 card from their hand. If your opponent has more than 3 cards with Phantasmal Counters on them, destroy this card.

Other than that, you did a good job on this card, great picture, and the OCG seems fine to me. But, I think they use the word "Everytime" instead of "Each". I could be wrong on that though.

Since either player can use its effect, it seems a bit Underpowered as you're both going to take equal damage at some point.

I would imagine it's only useful if you can clean your field of Counters or destroy mega amounts of monsters.
