Once per turn, you can put 1 card from your hand and shuffle it into your deck. Reveal cards from the top of your deck until the card you put in the deck is revealed. Your opponent loses 100 Life Points x how many cards were revealed using this effect. The card that was use for this effect is then put into the Graveyard. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

First thing that came to mind was exchange of the spirit. lol
then came to mind was, it is very likely to mill a good amount of cards. can anyone say LS's are no longer needed?! ( cept for ryko of course )
give it a cost or something for the effect, or make it so that you shuffle the amount of cards picked up back into the deck lol xD

if you read the effect, the effect says reveal the cards and thats it and then shuffle the deck. your not adding the cards to your hand

Be careful though because this would suffer the same problem as Twin Headed Behemoth, if you put in a card you have multiple of in your deck there would be no way to tell which it was. You could say " a card with the same name as you put in to your deck" and that would quickly solve it

the tributes would make it hard to run in a full on burn deck too, which is good because it balances the card. You could combo it with Chain Thrasher to inflict damage and send Chain Thrashers to the graveyard so he can attack more!
