Very original. 9/10. OCG seems Flawless, the name and picture is solid.

An Effect monster neutraliser, huh? Sounds great, very original and leaves enough room for a counterattack from Spells, Traps or maybe even vanillas.

Very balanced for a Level 8 Synchro, but I worry about the effect where this card gains half of the ATK and DEF of all other monsters that were affected by the first effect of this card, where the effect of the opponent's monster is being neutralised. The ATK and DEF of this card could grow to 4000+ if the opponent is unlucky.
I worry that this card may be a gamebreaker unless the opponent has some luck on his/her side. Then again, this card is allowed to be a gamebreaker because of its Level and way of Summoning.

Rating: 8/10

I agree with this card, it is pretty powerful but that is to be hoped for from a Level 8.
