I like format and I like the pic. The OCG is good. And I like that it is a Anti-Synchro Card.
But I think it is Somewhat UP. I think its Last effect is ballanced enough.

The last part of the effect is the whole purpose XD

I just put the 3 T as a choice if you're low on LP, and the non-SS is just to prevent abuse.
