This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by a Spell or Trap card. If this card is destroyed by a Monster's effect Special Summon 1 "Magician" monster from your Hand or Deck.

I'd just like to point out, Kuri; that 'Hand' should not be capitalized, and 'Stand-by Phase' doesn't is not spelled with hyphen.
