When a Spellcaster-Type monster is Summoned to your field, you can Tribute it to have this card gain the TributeD monster's effect.[/color]

I wasn't happy with (mainly cos I haven't seen Spellcasters since the first SD came out XD)

Well I figured you can Tribute any Dark Magician to get this out, and it doesn't need to power with most Spellcaster support, you just need you spells XP

Having a first glance at it, it looks a little overpowered. Because "Monster Reborn" is now Limited, it along with "Gold Sarcophagus", "Magical Citadel", "Magical Blast" and several of the other Spellcaster-Type specific Spell Cards are all targets. Plus, "Skilled Dark Magician" has high stats for its Level, so a turn after it was Summoned, you could activate any remaining Spell Cards needed, Special Summon "Dark Magician" (possibly added to your hand by "Summoner's Art") and then Tribute it to get this out. An Equip Spell would give this enough power to hold out long enough to get what you need to your hand (including "Dark Hole" and "Magical Dimension" if your opponent is about obliterate it).

And of course, if "Summoner's Art" and "Ancient Rules" get out a "Dark Magician", followed by "Dark Magic Attack"; this could have a clear run at your opponent, add "Monster Reborn" to your hand to re-summon "Dark Magician". However, that is rather situational. "E-Hero Prisma" could also be used to get this out in the rare case you're using an older Deck with a selection of "Dark Magician" Fusions.

Overall, I would say it's on the brink of overpowered, since a lot of other Spell-to-hand searchers have been Limited or Banned (eg "Magician of Faith"), but the fact it cannot be Special Summoned and its low ATK and DEF do swing it back to balanced somewhat.

8/10, because I think it should be adding it to the top of your Deck instead of to your hand (think "A Cat of Ill Omen"). Otherwise, an interesting idea.
