Shinobi Phoenix
Introduction: And by "broken" I mean DOESN'T WORK or mechanically don't do what they were printed to do. For repairs, I will only doing Anime-Only cards that were put in Tag Force games. Why? I have TF3 and TF4. You ever read or use some of those "Game-Only" cards. Some work fine and need no help and work as they are intended. Some........... not even close. Lord of Dark Summons comes to mind. Many cards were definitely not made for realistic use. Again, only cards that mechanically don't work in realistic use. Not just some card I disliked, but did what was intended (outside of nerfing). That said, to be clear, the true theme for this thread are cards that were mentioned or shown (without text) but never used or revealed or monsters that would be cards except they were only for plot device and even in the anime HAVE no card form or stats or anything measurable for the real game to go back. Cards like Fire Dragon, Colorless, Yubel's 12 Dimension "Super Fusion God," "Golden Gaia Fifth Dragon," or Scar-Red Nova. You get the point. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Disclaimer (Three Personal Rules): - I play and follow Japanese OCG just as much as International TCG and thus use OCG terms more (IE: Magic Card, Demon, Angel, Release, Advance Summon, Main-Type, Sub-Type, etc). All my work has OCG terms in my private files and will not be changed (that's adding unnecessary work). If that bothers you that much, simply ignore it or don't comment. There's no need to get political, IE: (OCG vs TCG). It's not important, the cards aren't real for anyone and the card details and effects and process of creation are far more important with that in mind than the terms used. You know what they mean or they wouldn't be synonymous with each other in the first place. - My work follows a strict format when written for cleanliness and organization (especially when cataloging my work). This system has been in place since 2007. This includes names being in quotation marks ("Dark Paladin") but archetypes being written in brackets ( "[Black Feather] monsters") and will be not changed when written out on post when no one would appreciate that anyway and its twice the work to go around changing it to a style I don't use in my own work. No one is changing their formatting for me, and I won't be changing for them and people who go many different places does not like having to change according to every individual place over something petty. Again, not something that needs to be argued or complained about. It's just a technical matter that doesn't change the card. - Please feel free to ask questions regarding mechanics I wrote in that haven't been used in the real game (yet), my intent or the direction I'm going. I will be happy to explain or justify anything if asked. I put my work through a lot of scrutiny and mock playthroughs with friends online and off.

------------------------------------------------------------------- First two I will post, the rest are not proxied yet. From Judai vs Bronn in GX Season 3, the unfinished uncreated, didn't even have pictures or text supposed ULTIMATE Dark World monster. My version of what it could or should have been:
ACRD-GXE07 Colorless, Chaos King of Dark World 12 Stars DARK / Demon / Fusion ATK 4000 / DEF 0 ["Reign, Overlord of Dark World"] + [1 "Dark World" or "Demonic Roar God" monster] + [1 Demon-Type monster] EFFECT: This card may only be Special Summoned by a card that Special Summons monsters by Fusion Summon. Also, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. Negate the effect(s) of a face-up card on the field or a card in the Graveyard until the End Phase of the turn, then discard 1 or 2 cards from your hand. This effect is Spell Speed 2 and can be activated during your opponent's turn.
(In regards to the last line, it's idiot ruling text. Intentionally redundant similar to Magic putting rules on cards in the first set of a block to prevent from people thinking differently on how it does or doesn't work or knowing when it activates in regard to. Think of it like Strike Ninja. Ignition is fine, but in chain is fine also. Yes, I find it fair after playtesting and opinions from friends and judge friends, due to the summoning requirements and lack of doing anything but trigger DW or DRG anyway. Even with Chain Material, getting rid of the card isn't hard and you stand a big chance of running your hand down constantly if you think you can just negate stuff all day, especially since it does not destroy.) Misawa's lost card from the GX opening, poor thing was screwed over by fans who hated the writing mistake on his master:
ACRD-GXE09 Fire Dragon - Combustier 8 Stars FIRE / Sea Serpent ATK 3000 / DEF 2400 EFFECT: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set unless you have at least 2 FIRE monsters and 1 WIND monster in your Graveyard. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand, Graveyard or Removed Zone by sending from your hand or under your control 2 WIND monsters and 1 FIRE monster to the Graveyard and remove from play 1 Magic Card from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. During the Battle Phase, the ATK of your opponent's Non-FIRE and Non-WIND monsters are 0. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, send up to 2 cards your opponent controls to the Graveyard and Special Summon 1 FIRE or WIND monster from your Graveyard.
(Yes, I know the real name is just "Fire Dragon," but honestly, would you keep such a boring assumed name like that?" Water Dragon was pretty hokey already. Incidentally, I'm quite happy with this design, the effect is heavily weighed against the summoned requirements, but it is simply a battle-focused monsters and thus could be gotten rid of in other ways. And just to be clear, NO, the last effect cannot summon Fire Dragon back, Fire Dragon itself is essentially nomi that can be Normal Summoned. Hence "except... by...") Any suggestions on another lost card I could do in this type of project? Anything from YGO (First Series), YGO Duel Monsters, GX or 5D's is fine as long as it is a lost or unmade "card" or a monster who was never made into a card but was a Duel Monster.
