This card can only be summoned by Fusion Summon. You can only Fusion Summon this card by removing from play 3 Level 3 Dragon-Type monsters. (You do not use Polmerization) Once per turn, you may sacrifice 1 monster you control to allow this card to attack again, but this card cannot attack your opponent directly with this effect. When you use this effect 5 times, halve it's attack. When you use this card's effect 10 times, remove it from play.

nice first impression, i think you have a bright future ahead of you, and remenber that ocg! (offical card grammar) just look at your real cards, they will have perfect ocg, you could copy it. three stars for three heads!
