Insanely and unplayably underpowered, even in mill and Greedburn.

What happens exactly if I were to have Appropriate and Charity? Would it be an infinite loop or missed timing?

Too weak? Would it be overpowered if it also let you: draw a card during each of your Standby Phases?

Oh, I see. I believe that that would be an infinite loop... which would mean that this card either does nothing useful or OTK's, making it a terribly-designed card anyhow.

No, not in the least.

Continuous Spell (SR)
During your Standby Phase, draw two cards. If an effect would cause you to draw card(s) outside of your Draw Phase, your opponent draws that many cards + 1 instead. Activate this card's effect only thrice per turn.

Current Incarnation ^.

Modifications:
- Added a limit to how many times charity activates so in case this were to be used with Appropriate your opponent could only draw 9 cards at most per turn.
- Added a draw engine to it so it can run without support from other cards.
- Added a +1 to how many cards your opponent draws so in minimum when combined with Greed it can cause 1500 damage with one copy of Greed out. With Appropriate out as well that becomes 4500 damage per turn with a single copy of Greed out.
