In fact, they could be EXREMELY more often and better!-It's unique that "-_-" and "9999" could be such a great ATK and DEF level!- The types are great too! Judging by the way he speaks and makes cards, he'll either move to joke cards and flood it by himself, OR he'll be gone by next week. AND use proper English, plasma, or you'll be frowned upon.
