I believe it's called hyperlink. Here's how you do it.

1. Copy and paste the link of the picture onto your post.
2. Copy the URL of the link you want to hyperlink.
3. Highlight the picture URL and then click on the hyperlink button. [b][color="#FF0000"]The hyperlink button is the one bellow the sizes button: it's the one that looks like a chain with the green/white plus on it.[/color][/b]
4.Paste the URL of the link there and then click insert link.
