Well I suppose it's balanced.

But Warriors can swarm (with like Warrior Returning Alive and Marauding Captain)

Other support like Giant Rat, Stray Lambs would help.

Doesn't need that many Stars, 9 will do.

Similar to Dark Dreadroute (can't spell it)

It's fair I guess, DD halved the attack of every monster and had 4000 himself.

This is indestructable to a point, in which I would say it's overpowered. 4000 is hard to beat.

Make it so you have to Tribute 1 LIGHT or DARK monster to make it invincible from S/T each turn.

Might balance it.

Very Oped 3 Summons isn't that much and it virtually indestructible, if it's on the field and you don't have a 4000 ATK card is basically end of the duel. Maybe make it so it can be destroyed by card effects or it'll get banned straight away for its Opedness.
