Awsome img. I see a lot of uses for this card in a DAD Deck. Perhaps also in some other Decks, but idk about that.
So a 9.7/10 would fit.

It is pretty abusable, yes. Nonethless; I see it quite balanced, too; it would nicely fit both in and against a Zombie Deck.
