Once per turn you may send all cards on your side of the feild, in your deck and in your hand to the Graveyard to send the top 20 cards of your opponents deck to the Graveyard if you send "Pokedex # 382 - Kyrouge" and "Pokedex # 383 - Groudon" from your deck to the Graveyard due to activating this cards effect you may send 10 more cards from your opponents deck to the Graveyard.

yea but the idea is you get rid of there deck and they DRAW and lose first

true but the effect can be negated and macro and d-fissure can stop it and u can bottemless it
but its still a tad broken

its a bit too broken as of now
i know you can kinda Divine Wrath it or w.e but that's the same with things like Judgement Dragon =w= and they are broken enough =w=

Well. This card is risky.
You whould lose if you discard all your deck.
Because: You will have no more support.You cannot draw.(And you lose the duel)
But: 7/10

Secoundly I would say its a Little Overpowered.
