Not much effort put into it. Dont just make it a Toon because its a cartoon, toons have certain effects.

Yea i know that toons have certain effects i was just a little too lazy to add that part. i know these cards suck bad but Thanks for commenting

Here is a new card i just made.

DESCR:Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can place 1 Jawbreaker Counter (max on this card.You can send all the cards in your hand to add the same number of Jawbreaker Counter(s) as the cards you discarded to this card. If this card is sent to the graveyard, you can remove 4 Jawbreaker Counters to Special Summon this card in Face-Up Attack Position. You can remove all the Counters on this card to inflict 400 damage to your opponent per counter removed.
