These cards have been sitting on the backburner for a while, so they may have some OCG errors even though I spruced them up a bit.
As usual, I'd like your personal ratings, tips, and corrections for them.
This is the last bunch of the set. The other bunches have the same title, except for having the expected (part 2) or (part 1) in their titles.

[b]This card cannot be Special Summoned unless you have 1 "Torren Monarch" or
"Torren Parliament" on the field. When Special Summoning this card, Tribute monsters
whose levels total 7 or more. For each extra level tributed to Special Summon this
card, increase your Life Points by 300.[/b]
