Inspired by chedbonlahor, I decided to 'think outside the box'. These cards was the result:

[spoiler="Lore"]You can only Normal Summon this card by Tributing 4 DARK monsters. You must Tribute 2 Fiend-Type monsters to Special Summon this card. If this card is destroyed, remove it from play. As long as this card is in your removed from play Zone, both players can Normal Summon or Set monsters in their Graveyards into a removed from play Monster Card Zone (cards in these Zones are treated as removed from play). Monsters in these Zones are unaffected by Spell or Trap Cards, and are sent to the removed from play Zone if destroyed by battle. Monsters in the removed from play Monster Card Zones can only attack monsters in their opponent's removed from play Monster Card Zones, and cannot attack directly. (all other Battle Phase Rules apply). If this card is removed from the removed from play Zone, return all monsters in the removed from play Monsters Card Zones to the Graveyard.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

[spoiler="Lore"]You can only Normal Summon this card by Tributing 4 LIGHT monsters. You must Tribute 2 Fairy-Type monsters to Special Summon this card. Once per turn, you can move 1 monster from your removed from play Monster Card Zones into one of your Monster card Zones. If you do, increase the ATK of this card by 300. If there are no removed from play Monster Card Zones, destroy this card. This card's effect cannot be activated while in a removed from play Monster Card Zone.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

[spoiler="Lore"]This card is used to Ritual Summon "Overseer of The Exile". You must also tribute monsters whose Level equals 10 or more from the field or your hand. This card can be Normal Summoned to one of your removed from play Monster Card Zones as an Effect Monster (Spellcaster-Type/DARK/Level 3/ATK 1600/DEF 1900) with the following effect:
●Once per turn, 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your removed from play Monster Card Zones can attack your opponent directly, except this card. It's effects are negated at that time.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

[spoiler="Lore"]This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Ritual of The Exile". When this card is Ritual Summoned, you can remove 1 "Gerda, Dragon Ruler of Hades" in you Deck from play. You can move this card from 1 of your Monster Card Zones to 1 of your removed from play Monster Card Zones. While in a removed from play Monster Card Zone, this card gains the following effect:
●This card cannot attack or be attacked. The controller of this card can select the attack targets of their opponent's attacks from monsters in their removed from play Monster Card Zones. During each of your End Phases, destroy this card unless you remove 1 card in your Graveyard from play.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

Ha thanks for the mention, I hope my was of thinking catches on. Now to the card itself:

What you have effectively done, is created an island where monsters can attack eachother, however in order to make it fit the YGO rules it has to fit a number of peramiters:
-Can theoretically evry monster attack every other monster again and again, I personally would say "select 1 monster to attack another"
-Does it take place in the battle phase
-Are they affected by trap and magic card effects when they attack i.e "magic cylinder"
-Are they both in attack position (I would imagine yes)

However my biggest thing is that I acually believe that this would work better somehow as a field spell card, with an island inspires theme. Great card though love the thinking.
