New "Parshath" incarnation. (Input and/or opinions always welcomed)

I know "The Sanctuary in the Sky" makes all damage involving Fairy-Type monsters 0, which is why I specifically put "they would inflict...", meaning that they'd take the damage they would inflict if "The Sanctuary in the Sky" was not active. I don't know if that makes sense to you, but it does to me. And before you say he's overpowered, half of his effect is only activated if you Summon him in a specific way, and those Summoning conditions are tough. Plus, he's perfectly unprotected by card effects.

You can Special Summon this card by Tributing 1 "Neo-Parshath, the Sky Paladin". If Summoned in this way, when this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, draw 1 card. If you draw a Fairy-Type monster with this effect, you can remove 1 Fairy-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon it, ignoring any Summoning conditions. While this card is face-up on the field, all Fairy-Type monsters you control inflict Piercing Damage. While "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field, your opponent recieves all Battle Damage they would inflict from battles involving Fairy-Type monsters you control.
