So I recently started noticing this stupid sets of behavior in america. (If you dont live here, I apologize if you dont know) I recently read the article in Time Magazine and tbh i was kinda shocked, not to the point where i thought i hate america, more to the point where is this really what america is going to come to? Imo if america is going the way its going hatewise this probably will end up being holocaust-ish. I personally dont understand why people are basing that Muslims are all terrorists i MEAN COME ON. Saying that all muslims are terrorists is like saying that all mexicans are aliens, regardless of them even being in there own country or not. I am honestly shocked to see so much idiotic, stubborn, and even malicious people in america. Muslims didn't come here to blow f***ing skyscrapers up, they came here to live peacefully. I understand that you may have lost a family member in 9/11 (believe me, i really do) but listen to this. THE PEOPLE WHO CRASHED INTO THE TOWERS, WERENT MUSLIMS. Islam is something that i have done an extensive amount of research on and basing all of that off of the research, i've come to the conclusion that islam isn't a religion of hate and violence, it's a religion of peace and acceptance. They are not here to preach and enforce their religion on people who are considered "non believers", their here to live a good life the way they want to, under the rules and rights every man and woman a person gets in america. Why do so many people hate them? Its because their ignorant, its because their stubborn, and it's because they spend to much time wallowing in their own religions to even look up and read about another. I've lived in america all my life as an agnostic, and just by seeing these christians protesting islam is more than enough ideas for me to make about the christian religion itself. Islam did make a bad impression on people who didn't know too much about it on 9/11 and future/past bombings, but now Christianity is in the light. Personally i believe that if this hate ensues and continues, not only will the s*** hit the fan but people will die. There will be bloodshed, and the entire legacy of america will be forever known as intolerance.

Tbh America isn't gonna change. There are people who know that not all Islamic people are terrorists, but a lot of people think otherwise, hence all the controversy. Almost 70 years ago, we did the same to the Japanese, putting them in camps, b/c of Pearl Harbor. Look at us now, we haven't changed.

Although I agree that its wrong to hate Muslims, its also wrong to hold them higher than other religions in a double standard.
