If you Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 2 Plant-Type monsters, you can return them to your hand. During each of your End Phases, destroy this card unless you remove 1 Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field with the lowest ATK. Other Plant-Type monsters you control cannot attack the turn this effect is activated.

I like this card, because it has powerful stuff going for it that rather contradicts itself. The fact that it only prevents plants from attacking makes it good in a Deck that runs cards other than Plants, but the requirement to remove Plants to keep it alive prevents it from being retardedly broken.

Maybe you could run it in a Gigaplant build with lulzy Chainsaw Insects?

Well, the [i]"Other Plant-Type monsters you control cannot attack the turn this effect is activated."[/i] effect was made to be a drawback... as in, if this card destroys the only monster your opponent controls with its effect, you won't have more than one monster attacking directly.

Last effect doesn't seem that necessary i mean its not the strongest card.
I could see the return effect working against its self if you activate it.
If would say the remove effect isnt necessary if you've activated the Destroy lowest attack monster.
