Looks ok to me. Just one thing though, why 850 LP? I would say 1000 would be better, nice and rounded. I don't think it's OP, coz it only works with low(ish) lever rituals, and only from your hand. 8/10

This looks balanced, because it can only get out the lower level Rituals, I'd say Herald of Perfection at best.

You can Special Summon Ritual monsters from your hand? I thought they were only allowed to be Ritual Summoned.

It's a bit overpowered really, it's a good beatstick front monster, that allows you to Summon Rituals without any cost or Spell requirements.

You could get a Black Luster Soldier out easily without the Tributes, and it's only 850 Life Points O_o

I would of made it (personally) Discard monsters to Special Summon without a Ritual Spell Card.

This really is only balanced for Relinquished, as it requires no Tribute.

You are wrong, because it can only Special Summon Level 6 or lower Ritual Monster. Black Luster Dragon is Level 8. And some Ritual Monster don't they can only be Ritual Summoned. I have cards that only say their effects.

But still, is a card, allowing that Ritual Monster created in the future can have other way to summon. I bring a new way to summon them.
