God's Ten Wise Men: How broken are they?

I've posted these cards before but no one seemed to respond... perhaps I just wasn't well known enough yet.
Anyway, these cards are based on God's Ten Wise Men, the antagonists of the second Star Ocean game

[u]Some things to note about them:[/u]
YES! The art is bland... but there isn't much to go around...
All of them have ordered levels (and their ATK is 500x their level) and must be summoned by tributing their predecessor
With the exception of the final 2, you CAN re-summon them if you already summoned them properly
They cannot remain on the field long, so you'd need to be fast
With some of the more powerful attack restrictions were added as an attempt to balance
If you aren't careful, your life points may be HEAVILY drained
I also tried to give them each an effect you wouldn't normally see

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "God's Ten Wise Men - Marsillio" You can pay 200 Life points to Tribute this card and Special Summon 1 "God's Ten Wise Men - Berlie" from your hand. This card is destroyed on your 3rd Standby Phase after it is Summoned. This card is unaffected by Trap cards. If your opponent activates the effect of a Spell, Trap or monster card during your turn, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "God's Ten Wise Men - SHIGEO" You can pay 300 Life Points to Tribute this card and Special Summon 1 "God's Ten Wise Men - Ruprecht" from your Hand. This card is destroyed on your 3rd Standby Phase after it is Summoned. This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle, and any battle damage you take from a battle involving this card is reduced to 0.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "God's Ten Wise Men - Berlie". You can pay 400 Life Points to Tribute this card and Special Summon 1 "God's Ten Wise Men - Nicolus" from your hand. This card is destroyed on your 3rd Standby Phase after it is summoned. Once per turn, if your opponent declares an attack, select 1 monster your opponent controls (Including the attacking monster), then flip a coin. If heads, the target is the monster you selected (if it is the same monster, it is destroyed). If tails, negate the attack

This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "God's Ten Wise Men - Ruprecht" You can pay 500 Life Points to tribute this card and Special Summon 1 "God's Ten Wise Men - Jibril" from your hand. This card is destroyed on your 2nd Standby Phase after it is Summoned. Once per turn, during your Battle Phase, you can flip 1 monster your opponent controls into Facedown Attack Position. This card can only declare an attack on a Facedown Attack Position monster (use the ATK of the targeted monster for Damage Calculation).

You can pay 600 Life Points to Tribute this card and Special Summon 1 "God's Ten Wise Men - Decus" from your hand. This card is destroyed on your 2nd Standby Phase after it is Summoned. Discard 1 card from your hand, remove from play any card from your opponent's hand that is the same as the type you discarded, the removed card is not treated as removed from play. When this card is removed from the field, return the card to your opponent's hand

This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "God's Ten Wise Men - Jibril" You can pay 700 Life Points to Tribute this card and Special Summon 1 "God's Ten Wise Men - Vesper" from your hand. During your Standby Phase, destroy this card. This card's attribute is also treated as FIRE. All non-FIRE monsters are changed to Defense Position and their positions may not be changed.

This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "God's Ten Wise Men - Decus" You can pay 800 Life Points to Tribute this card and Special Summon one "God's Ten Wise Men - Cyril" from your hand. During your Standby Phase destroy this card. When this card would deal battle damage to your opponent, you can negate the damage and instead increase your Life Points by the amount of damage dealt.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "God's Ten Wise Men - Vesper". This card's attribute is also treated as WIND. This card cannot declare an attack. This card is destroyed during the End Phase of the turn which it is Summoned. You can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy all Spell and Trap cards or all monster cards your opponent controls. The effects of Spell Cards, Trap Cards and monster effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. You can pay 1000 life points to Tribute this card and Special Summon 1 "God's Ten Wise Men - Indalecio" from your hand or Deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "God's Ten Wise Men - Cyril". This card's attribute is also treated as DARK. Decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 200 points for every DARK monster in your Graveyard. You can pay 300 Life Points to negate and destroy any card whose effect designates a target(s). This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. If this card attacks more than one monster, negate any battle damage caused by subsequent battles.

I spent a LOT of time formatting this topic, and tried to keep the OCG consistent; it was pretty hard, so if someone would check 'em out... are they good?

Maybe if I explained why I gave them the effects I did?

Marsillio: Often went berserk when attacked
SHIGEO [size="1"](who only ever spoke in capital letters)[/size]: Fired lasers at any hint of resistence or movement
Berlie: Had an effect called Metaguard which made him temporarilly invincible
Ruprecht: Confused party members easily
Nicolus: Caused a great number of status effects to party, but was slow
Jibril: Could remove a party member from battle until severely injured
Decus: Used tons of Fire magic making it hard to stay healed
Vesper: Healed himself with damage done
Cyril: Used "Wind of Destruction" to almost completely anihilate the party
Indalecio: Moved quickly and attacked with undodgeable waves
