can only be negated on the turn you activate it. So basically, all you've got to do is Stall for 20
turns XD This can be easily stopped (battle, spell/ trap), that's why it's only 10 turns.

Loads. Maybe I should make it LV 5/6 and make it 15 turns... hmm...

Final Countdown at best can take 20 turns. This card at best would be the same, if you could Special Summon 2 Tributes for it quick enough.

But cards like that aren't always in stall, except maybe a Deck dedicated to this. Unlike Countdown, this has to remian on the field where it can be destroyed. Countdown only needs to be activated. Once that's done, sit back and stall, but you couldn't do that for this. You have to keep it up to save this guy, but if you lose him, you lose your chance at victory.

I don't really have a rating, but:

By the way, I hope you're not thinking this will take have the time of Coundown, cause countdown counts EACH turn, which is why I would use Countdown over this.
