It's interesting, I can't imagine using this other than using Scapegoat first and other Token Cards.
But that does let your opponent Tribute Summon etc.

It's only at 1500 ATK too.
I think it's actually underpowered.

Plus instead of (max. 5500 ATK) Just say something like:

[*]When this card's ATK is 5500 or more, it is destroyed / removed from play.

Well, but Once per turn thing can still get it overpowered, b/c there is plenty of stall/burn decks out their. Second, technically, you are giving them the monsters, but you are right, giving them an advantage. hmm...I'll boost the atk/def up to 2500/2500, hope thats not overpowering it.

Thanks though, Fixed a little bit, hope its not Op'ed now.

Oh, and reason i said if its atk is at, so then if others were to boost it up with out its effect, like skip 6500, then it stays on the field.
