This card can only be activated if there is a Field Spell on the field. All monsters with less than 2000 ATK or DEF have their ATK and/or DEF (whichever is lower than 2000) increased to the nearest multiple of 1000. Once every 2 turns, during the End Phases, the turn player must destroy 1 monster he/she controls. During each of the End Phases, the player who doesn't control any monsters takes 1000 damage.
