You can only control 1 ''Hangman of Hell Alastor''. Pay 1000 Life Points during each of yours Standby Phases or destroy this card. Once per turn you can remove from play 1 level 4 or lower Zombie - Type Monster from either player's Graveyard to activate 1 of the followings effects: * Special Summon 1 level 4 monster from your Graveyard * Destroy 1 Zombie - Tye monster on the field whose ATK is equal or lower than removed monster.
