I think, it should be, like: "When this monster is Normal Summmoned, your opponent must Special Summon a monster, with the same Level and Type, as "I'll say my idea about the name later". If they cannot, then they lose 500 Life Points." And about the name.. Srsly, I don't know about the Inu or Neko thing(I think you can give me your lights!), so I'll say a name that I would put, if the card was mine. What about "The Summoner Of Spring"? I think it's a good name for some reasons: ~Firstly, the effect talks about summoning. ~Secondly, Spring is something sweet and cute, and this Inu is sweet. ~And last but not least, you can make some other cards, called "The Summoner Of Winter" etc., that would make a combo when they're all on the Field or in your Hand. Anyway, whichever name you put, I think that, besides the OCG errors, this card is good. I'll give you a rating when you put a name. 'Till then, continue your good work!
