This card cannot be Special Summoned except when you take 2000 or more Battle Damage from 1 attack. While this card is face-up on the field, after 10 turns have passed, you win the Duel. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can halves your Life Points instead (You cannot activate this card's effect if your Life Points are lower than 1000).
