Scorpion Set - New

Well' date=' my most fondest memories of Yu-Gi-Oh were when I was younger and when it first came out in the UK - LOB, MRD, PSV etc.

I quit because I felt the game had lost all of it's originality and had sold out to the masses. Cards became useless, money was thrown away, and every set had more overpowered cards than the last one to keep people churning out money.

It became not about skill and making a deck (altough Raigeki was instant win ^_^), but more about getting the lastest cards.

So, I try to keep my cards more traditional, more skill and not so overpowered, lots of cards that link together so people will have themed different decks.

I'm sorry that alot of you find them boring becuase of this.

*Sniff Sniff* Beautiful... *Sniff* And so, so, true... now tournaments and top players are decided by how rich they/their parents are, that way they get 3 of almost every card and begin to make a tournament deck.

Anyway, those cards are pretty good, though I can't imagine anyone using those burn cards. I like how all of them mesh together to link with Stinger Scorpion, the backbone of the theme; the cog that makes everything work. The only problem I can see is if a Stinger Scorpion got destroyed. Nonetheless, Stinger Scorpion to this theme is like Volcanic Scattershot to a Volcanic Theme, and that's saying something. 8/10.

I like to keep traditional too, not because the new sets are overpowered, but because they're underpowered. When ever I duel one of these new age decks, I like to let them summon their most powerful card, and flip my Trap Hole/Bottemless Trap Hole.

As for the cards, their also underpowered, particulary the first one.
