When this card is Flip Summoned, return 1 card on your side of the field to the owner's hand and remove from play 1 card in your opponent's hand.

LiAM
It's balanced I guess on its own. But put into a Burn/ Stall Deck it would become overpowered. Negating attacks and limiting Positions on the field can make this really overpowered. You can just return this card to your hand if its on its own, but that's bad, so its all fair I guess. Hmm, maybe just discard 1 card from their hand instead of remove it. I would rather use Guardian Sphinx or Penguin Solider though. It's less productive than a basic comment.
this is true but i like getting multiple ratings so i can tally them and see what my overall is in the end, if its 7.5 or higher i consider my card a success

Most members will give you a basic generic comment that isn't true and attach a number. You will know false rates because it's either one sentence or useless information. "Good card 8/10" "i like the pic abit op but its cool 7/10" Don't trust people that post like this, anything that describes your card, its effect and its playability is a useful comment as is better than a rate from a Level 2 member or so. Not being Level discriminate, but you can expect reliability from higher Level members.
true, i no that the two word rates dont matter, i only look at the explaination on why cards good/bad, OCG errors, pic comments, and such with rate
