[center]And I'm back. Again. For ten seconds.

Before anyone that actually knows something about the Polar Gods says something: I know these aren't related to Norse Mythology. I just wanted to have some fun and make some Gods.

Before anyone that doesn't know what the hell they're talking about says anything: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Polar_Gods

I consider these "Anime" cards, because of there rediculous effects (And they are based off those Polar Gods effects. They would be incredible in the anime. But real life, OP'd, probably banned since they're Synchros.

So, why not make a "Realistic" effect versions for these anime versions. Heck, I'd probably would use these in an ff.

Though we still don't have a clue what the real polar gods would have for they're real effects.

I think I can help balance them, if you want me to.

Alright, let's see...

1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters
You can only control 1 "Polar God" monster on your side of the field. Negate the effects of Effect Monsters that would affect Divine-Beast-Type monsters. When this face-up card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon it during your End Phase and make your opponent randomly discard 1 card from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned in this way, when it is destroyed, remove it from play.

I made that 1st part a tiny restriction that allows you to not abuse them together. (Unlikely you'll get all 3 out, but it should be because they are so powerful that you can't control all of their energy at once. The first effect was not exactly changed at all. The 2nd effect where it got revived became a once only thing, but you still got the random discard. Then if it's destroyed after the SS, it gets removed.

Now, onto the other 2!!!!

I don't like the "You can only control 1 "Polar God" monster on your side of the field." part, only because I wanted to make it so all three could be on the field at once.

Eh, I'll go with it though. Thanks X-L. Adding it to the first post now.

How about, only 1 Polar God can attack per turn?

workin on the 2nd...

2nd card:

1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters
You can only attack with 1 "Polar God" monster per turn. Once per turn, you can destroy a monster you control to send 2 cards your opponent controls to the Graveyard. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. When this face-up card is destroyed an sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon it during your End Phase. If you do, you can remove this card to Set 1 Spell Card in your opponent's Graveyard on your field. If this card is Special Summoned with its effect, when it is destroyed, remove it from play.

1st bit again. It's first effect is rather untouched, except that it can't attack that turn now. With it's SS effect, it's optional. You can either just Summon it, or remove it and get the Spell. Then it has that new drawback that removes it when destroyed again.

3rd one will come sometime.

Meh, I think the breaking of mythos ruins the point.

They aren't really polar if it's about the horneist sky god is it?

That kinda ruins them.

Especailly since your wasting some serious potential here.

Fenrir, Jormundur, Hel, Tyr, Brynhildr, Norse was the pantheon of badassery.

A god of rainbow bridges actually ties with Loki, killing both in the process.

And the norns, and Yggdrasil.

The root thing makes no sense with Jupitor, but with Norse it's obviously the world tree so it's okay.

And the PG's seemed silly and overpowered IMO anyway.

Bye now. ;D

These cards are crazily overpowered, but they're balanced a bit by X-L's fixes.

I guess I have to consider that they are Polar Gods. And they require 2 non-tuners. (A little restriction, but hey.)

These would be absolutely amazing in the anime. Konami, I hope you visit YCM occasionally for help with your show plots. *shot*

OCG is flawless, and I smile at the thought of these beasts being on the field at the same time. ^^

Good work on them. <3

Added Thanatos' Realistic effect myself. Since I'm impatient. Nothing really changed except the burn effect. Because 600 lol burn once isn't going to do anything in the actual game, so, yeah.

@Clair: Thanks.
I got the OCG from the Polar God cards themselves, so I'm pretty sure it's flawless.
Even though they have anime effects, I can't really imagine them in the anime. o_O
