New Monster for my Sacred Fire cards

When this card is Synchro Summoned, this card gains 500 ATK for each FIRE Attribute Tuner monsters on the field. This card loses 500 DEF for each face-down Trap card on the field. When your opponent's monster attacks this card, you can pay 700 Life Points to have that monster attack one of your opponents monster with the lowest ATK points, if that card is in Defense Position, the monster with the lowest ATK on your side of the field gains the ATK points equal to the difference in ATK and DEF of the two monsters. You do not need to write "points" after ATK and DEF. Even it self make it gain ATK so it will always have 3200 ATK !!
Trap cards and fire monsters do they have to be face-up since the effect did not say anything then both players will have to look at each other set cards. Due to that you may like to add "excepet itself" to the gaining effect and add "face-up" before "FIRE monsters" and "Trap Card".

If your opponent had a powerful monster he/she will not attack with it if owned a lower ATK monster excepet if he/she change it to defense and made you to choose the last effect that will not help you or wanted to lose a monster so you pay but any why if it will hurt more than the battle damage you will not do it. So this is balance.

After I saw this I think this effect is OP since the monster with the lowest ATK may be not this card then you will have a monster other then this gaining high ATK.

thats not what i said i said that if my opponent that attacks me is gonna attack his own monster with the lowest atk points and if its in DEF mode the monster with the lowest atk points on my side gains the difference between attacking monster which is in the ATK mode and the attacked monster in DEF mode, ty for feed back
