I have always wanted a card like this

Rainbow Dragon + Dark Rainbow Dragon
This monster cannot be special summoned except by fusion summon. This fusion summon can only be used with the above monsters.
-Once per turn you can remove 1 card from anywhere on the field from play.
-If this monster is destroyed you may special summon 1 Rainbow Dragon from your deck, graveyard, or hand ignoring the summoning conditions
-By paying 1000 life points this monster may attack 2 times this turn


Please tell me if anything is wrong with this or what i need to change

And ATK shouldn't be higher than 5000.

Srry now i fixed it

OCG is BAD. pic is BAD. Effect is uncreative (you copyed some monster effects).

Ok here a OCG fix:
"Rainbow Dragon" + "Dark Rainbow Dragon"
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Once per turn you can remove 1 card on the field from play. If this Monster is destroyed you may Special Summon 1 "Rainbow Dragon" from your deck, Graveyard, or hand. By paying 1000 Life Points this Monster may attack twice during your Battle Phase until the end of this turn.
