Wow, not bad, not bad at all. I'll rate 8/10 for right now because I want to point some stuff out. This is how your OCG should read:

During your Battle Phase, you can Tribute 1 Warrior-type monster you control. Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.

Also, some suggestions:
1. change Battle Phase to Main Phase or Standby Phase
2. Make it a Once per turn effect
3. make it so that the monster destroyed has an attack equal to or less than the tributed warrior

It's getting there, but opposing monster should be your opponent's monster.

It's shorter though, and I have seen this in some official yugioh cards, but would it be better to change it to your opponent's monster?

the effects are nice but the 1st monster's effect looks on the Op'ed side

the only other flaw i see are the pics

Like i said there are some haters, but i wouldn't consider Vex a hater. His just giving his opinions to my cards, and i read some tutorials before gfxing, there pretty nice and well made tuts, sorry if i seemed "suspicious" what ever you meant by that.

Actually, I think Vex covered it very well. He didn't really post anything over the top. But, Legiit is right that some members can be very harsh in their critiques...like when they critique not your card but your very existence.
